Ingredients For Pasta in White Sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan, add a tea spoon of butter, add garlic and all the vegetables.
  • 2. Saute for 2-3 minutes and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • 3. Now take out the veges, add remaining butter in that pan only.
  • 4. Now add maida and roast for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Now add milk and whisk, take a boil it will become thick. Add some cheese, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper also.
  • 6. Now, add the pasta and roasted veges and mix.
  • 7. Take it out in a bowl, garnish with some more cheese and serve hot.
