Pav bhaji is a fast food dish from India. It consists of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra.

Smash the boiled potatoes, capsicum,green peas, Cauliflower.

Heat the pan with butter in it. Add chopped onion and saute well till it turns golden brown, add ginger garlic chilli paste,and pav bhaji masala and saute well for 5 minutes.

Add tomato puree to it and mix well.

Add all the smashed vegetables to it.

Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add water gradually as per requirement.

Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Add little butter over it if you want.

Garnish it with corriander leaves, raw onion, and pinch of lemon juice.
