Ingredients For Pav Bhaji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Smash the boiled potatoes, capsicum,green peas, Cauliflower.
  • 2. Heat the pan with butter in it. Add chopped onion and saute well till it turns golden brown, add ginger garlic chilli paste,and pav bhaji masala and saute well for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add tomato puree to it and mix well.
  • 4. Add all the smashed vegetables to it.
  • 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add water gradually as per requirement.
  • 6. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Add little butter over it if you want.
  • 8. Garnish it with corriander leaves, raw onion, and pinch of lemon juice.
  • 9. Serve hot with pav/bread & papad or salad.
