Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala.

Chopped potato, peas, cabbage in fry masala Mix all the vegetables and put water on medium flame.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds.Fry the chopped onions on low flame. Add finely chopped green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder.

Add fine capsicum and fry. Add chopped tomatoes and fry on low flame. and add 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder.

Add boiled vegetables and mix. Mash the vegetables with a masher. Add Pav Bhaji Masala, Kasuri Methi, Garam Masala.

Add salt as per taste. Mix water, butter as required. Bhaji is ready. Fry pav for pav bhaji Heat the pan on low flame and add butter. When butter melts, add pav bhaji masala.

Swirl the pav around the melted butter. Toast the pav till it becomes crisp and golden brown from both the sides. Garnish the pav bhaji with finely chopped onions, lemon slices and finely chopped coriander leaves, butter in a serving plate. Serve hot Spicy Pav Bhaji.
