Ingredients For Pav bhaji recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions in a pan and saute. When they turns golden brown add ginger- garlic paste and saute.
  • 2. Add cauliflower and mashed potatoes and saute. Add tomato puree and mix. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  • 3. Add capsicum and mix. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Add salt, red chilly powder and pav bhaji masala and mix.
  • 4. Add tomato ketchup and butter and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix. Remove from heat.
  • 5. Serve hot bhaji with pav garnish with tomato, and onion slice.
