Ingredients For Pearl Millet Pancake

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add pearl millet flour, gram flour, add semolina, add corn flour
  • 2. Add onion, add green chilli, add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, termeric powder, and water as required mix it well . Batter is ready.
  • 3. Now take a nonstick pan and grease with oil. Pour batter on griddle and cook until bubbles pop in the center of the pancake about 1-2 mins on low medium flame.
  • 4. Flip and cook an additional mins. Of the opposite site. and when it becomes brown.
  • 5. Switch off the gas. Now pancakes is ready to serve.
