Ingredients For Peas Stuffed Suji Pancake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix curd in sooji. Add water as required to make idli like batter.
  • 2. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Meanwhile coarsely mash boiled peas or grind coarsely in a grinder.
  • 4. In a pan, heat one tsp oil.
  • 5. On low flame, add jeera to it. When it crackles, add peas and sautĂ©.
  • 6. Add green chillies, salt, chaat masala and other spices. SautĂ© for a minute and turn off the flame.
  • 7. Add chopped onion and mint leaves and mix well.
  • 8. Now add salt and baking soda to the sooji batter and mix well. Add some water if the batter seems thick.
  • 9. Now heat a non stick tawa. Apply oil over it and keep on low flame.
  • 10. Pour one laddle sooji batter in the middle. It will be more or less round in shape.
  • 11. Spread about two spoon pea mixture over it.
  • 12. Spread one laddle sooji batter over the pea mixture so that all peas are covered.
  • 13. Cook for few seconds and then flip gently and carefully.
  • 14. Apply some oil over the top side of pancake. Cook on low flame.
  • 15. Again fip and apply some oil.
  • 16. Once both sides turn light brown and pancake holds shape, remove from tawa.
  • 17. In this manner make all pancakes.
  • 18. Enjoy hot with green chutney or fresh white butter/malai.
