Heat up a kadhai, add 1 tbsp butter onion and garlic paste, saute till the garlic smell goes. Add other veggies saute them with salt and pepper. When half cooked add oregano chilli flakes.Stir and switch off the gas.

Take another pan add butter and refined flour to it. Cook and add milk slowly. Stir it well so that there is no lumbs. Cook it well till the sauce consistency. Now add cheese slices and cook again. Add salt and pepper to your taste

If the consistency is thick you can add milk.

Now add the veggies and boiled pasta to the sauce. Cook and mix it well till the pasta is coated well with the sauce.

Ready to serve. You can add more cheese if you want.
