Methods
  • 1. First Take water, sugar,saffron and milk in a pan and put it on medium heat.
  • 2. Now Heat ghee.Once the ghee is hot, add suji and roast on medium-low flame till it’s starts giving a nice aroma.
  • 3. Now add hot water and milk mixture to suji while stirring continuously.
  • 4. Once the water and milk is absorbed, add the pineapple puree .
  • 5. Keep stirring and making sure there are no lumps.
  • 6. Add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
  • 7. Serve as per choices.
