CREAMY RABRI CUSTARD once prepared cover with plastic film and then chill so as to avoid formation of fat layer on top. PINWHEEL roll dough should be refrigerated then cut into rolls so as to avoid breakage

Ingredients For PINWHEEL KULFI FEAST RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. For CREAMY RABRI CUSTARD boil milk. Reduce to half .Add sugar .Add custard powder.
  • 2. Put off the flame . Chill the CREAMY RABRI CUSTARD.
  • 3. For KULFI boil milk. Reduce to half. Add sugar . Add cardamom powder. Add kesar. Add dry fruits.
  • 4. Put off the flame. Freeze
  • 5. For PINWHEEL CHOCOLATE ROLLS make brown dough with powdered digestive biscuits, Cocco powder,sugar,butter and milk.
  • 6. Boil milk reduce to thick consistency. Add sugar. Boil and reduce to white dough consistency.
  • 7. Roll brown dough and over it spread white dough. Roll both together to to form thick cylindrical roll.
  • 8. Keep in freezer for few minutes. Then cut into ROLLS . We get PINWHEEL CHOCOLATE ROLLS.
  • 9. Boil faluda and divide into two portions. To one add purple colour and to other green colour.
  • 10. For the PINWHEEL KULFI FEAST take glasses. Pour CREAMY RABRI CUSTARD as first layer.
  • 11. Then add green faluda. Over it add purple faluda.
  • 12. Then add thick layer if KULFI . Place PINWHEEL CHOCOLATE ROLLS over kulfi.
  • 13. Again add green and purple faluda. Garnish with cherry.
  • 14. Refrigerate for half and hour . Serve chilled.
