First mix rice powder and flour, salt well. Now mix talar kathth little by little and knead it well.

Stir in the coconut flakes in the pan, adding sugar as needed, stirring constantly. When done, spread the cardamom powder. Now cut the lychee from the kneaded dough and fill it with coconut filling like a bowl.

Now heat the oil. Fry all the puli pithas in oil.
