Ingredients For Poha cheese balls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all washed and soaked the poha, till it bacome soft
  • 2. Now take this poha in a bowl add boiled potato, salt, black pepper, green chilly, and coriender and cornflour as per kneed
  • 3. Now make a soft dough and add if needore cornflour , now make equal sized ball from it
  • 4. Now put some cheese in it and cover it properly, next make slurry from corn flour and water in a bowl
  • 5. Prepare all balls like this and first dip this in slurry and then coated it with bread crumbs and deep fry it till it become golden brown in colour
  • 6. For dip put the mayonnaise in a bowl add salt and black pepper in it and mixed properly now divide it in 2 parts and add beetroot juice in one and spinach Puree in other and serve these cheesy balls with amazing dip
