First of all, soak the poha in a sieve, in 5 minutes the poha will be ready after soaking. Peel the potatoes and grate them or mash them well with a spoon.

Add soaked poha to the mashed potatoes, add ginger, green chilies, red chilies, salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well. Knead the mixture like a dough by mixing it with hands. The mixture for making cutlets is ready.

Make a thin batter without lumps by adding 1/4 cup of water to the flour. Add remaining salt and pepper and mix.

Break the bread and put it in the mixer and grind it, the bread powder is ready.

Take out a little mixture from the prepared mixture of cutlets and give it the shape of a round cutlet by giving it a round shape by hand, Dip the prepared cutlet in the flour solution, take it out of the batter and wrap it in bread sawdust, hands Keep it on a plate by pressing a little from all sides (so that the bread crumbs stick well on the cutlet)

Make cutlets with all the mixture in the same way. Let the cutlets remain like this for 15 minutes, the cutlets will be set.

Cutlets can be deep fried or shallow fried in any way.

For deep frying, put oil in a pan and heat it, after the oil is hot, put as many cutlets as they can in a pan at once for frying.

Cook the cutlets on low flame until they turn brown and take them out. Cook all the cutlets in the same way and take them out.
