Ingredients For Poha gulkand ball Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat up a pan then add ghee in it. Next add poha pd to it and roast it properly
  • 2. Be an carefull poha doesn't burnt, when it's smell then add Mawa and kaju pd.
  • 3. Next to this add milk and cook everything properly it become like a dough
  • 4. Now add green colour and allow it to cool
  • 5. Now in a bowl add gulkand and coconut with dry fruits and pinch of red colour, this is our stuffing
  • 6. Now make equal size balls from green dough and then take a ball stuffed it with gulkand masala and cover it properly to make a ball
  • 7. Prepare all like this and if u want covered this with dessicated coconut and it's ready
