First soak poha for 5-10 mins and strain the water

Take a bowl add soaked poha and strain it .Add boiled potatoes.Chopped onions Chilli+coriander+pudina paste SaltCuminGreenchillisMaida Cornflour and mix well add little oil and give a good mix make cylinders shapes .

In a plate take breadcrumbs add just flattens the cylinder shapes poha to make kabab .
4.
Roll well in crumbs n deep fry it .serve hot with salads and sauce
