Wash poha with water. Boil milk in a pan add poha and boil.

When poha cooked completely. Add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Mix well.

When the kheer thickens add some chopped nuts. Remove from heat and cool down. You can also keep it in fridge. Serve garnish with silver berq,chopped almonds and pistachios.
