Ingredients For Poha kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a deep vessel and heat it. Add ghee to it and melt.
  • 2. Now and almonds and cashew saute it for 2-3 minutes. You will notice the cashew will change . Removeit afterwards and keep aside.
  • 3. Now add rice flakes and saute it for 2-3 minutes as well Then add milk and mix it .
  • 4. Add sugar and cardamom after it . cook for a few minutes
  • 5. Finally , add milk cream and keep aside to cool.
  • 6. Poha kheer is ready .serve it
