take oil in pan , when the oil is hot add curry leaves and let them crackle

then add salt, turmeric powder and poha in pan and mix until poha becomes crunchy

now take out this poha mixture in a big bowl

add chopped onion, potato, green chili ,red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, dry mango powder, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney to the bowl

toss the ingredients in the bowl

the bhel is ready . Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
