Roast the poha first. Put the poha in the pan and fry it while stirring continuously, till there is a slight change in color and it becomes slightly crisp. Poha is ready after roasting in 4-5 minutes. Roast the poha and take it out in a bowl.

Put 2-3 tbsp oil in a kadhai and heat it slightly. When the oil is hot, add peanuts and fry the peanuts while stirring continuously until they change color and become crispy and take them out in a bowl.

Put coconut in the oil and fry it till the color changes slightly, and take it out in a bowl.

Put curry leaves in the remaining oil in the pan and fry them.

Add turmeric powder and raisins and fry them lightly and now add roasted poha, coconut, peanuts, salt and sugar powder in this spice, mix everything well and fry on low flame for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.

Roasted poha namkeen is ready turn off the gas.

Take out the prepared Poha Namkeen in a bowl. After it cools down completely, store it in any airtight container and eat it whenever you want for 2-3 months.
