Ingredients For Poha namkeen Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and add poha in it, sorte it for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the gas.
  • 2. Add oil in, shallow fry peanuts, almonds, dry coconut and raisins. (You can add whatever nuts are available with you)
  • 3. Now for tadka add asafoetida and mustard seeds in a pan. When it spulters add curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric, chat masala and dry mango powder.
  • 4. Add poha and shallow fry dryfruits in the pan and mixed together.Cook for 1 minute. Your poha Namkeen is ready.
