Take a pan and add poha in it, sorte it for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the gas.

Add oil in, shallow fry peanuts, almonds, dry coconut and raisins. (You can add whatever nuts are available with you)

Now for tadka add asafoetida and mustard seeds in a pan. When it spulters add curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric, chat masala and dry mango powder.

Add poha and shallow fry dryfruits in the pan and mixed together.Cook for 1 minute. Your poha Namkeen is ready.
