Ingredients For Poha nuggets Cutlet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First soak the soya nuggets in the warm water
  • 2. Then squeeze the water to make a paste in a mixing jar and mashed the boiled potatoes.
  • 3. After that wash the poha well and filter the poha from water
  • 4. When the poha become soften take it in a bowl and add mashed potatoes, soya nuggets paste,
  • 5. Then take all the ingredients one by one and mix it well
  • 6. After that, take little by little and make cutlets by giving the design of your choice
  • 7. Then take a frying pan and add oil on it
  • 8. After that fry both the side of cutlets in low flame to become golden brown
  • 9. At last serve the cutlets with your choice of sauce or chutney.
