Ingredients For Poha paneer tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take poha in a plate. Wash it and drain. Leave very little water so that the poha is soft.In a mixing bowl add poha spinach and grated paneer.
  • 2. Add all spices, green chilli, onion and coriander leaves.The dough for tikki is ready.
  • 3. Heat some oil in a kadai. Grease the hands and take small part of dough and make the shape of tikki.Drop the tikki in the hot oil. Fry all of them til golden.
  • 4. Once fry take out in a kitchen towal and place in a plate.u also make by shallow fry.
