Ingredients For Poha potatoes fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1.Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  • 2. 2.Mix and mash thoroughly both potato and ground poha .
  • 3. 3.Add seasoning,little salt,1 tbsp chopped coriander and chopped green chillies.
  • 4. 4. Add 1 tbsp oil and water to the mashed mix.
  • 5. 5.Make small balls out of dough and roll like fingers.
  • 6. 6. Allow it to rest for sometime.
  • 7. 7.Heat oil in a wok and deep fry till crispy.
  • 8. 8. If you want to store these fingers for a longer period,just lightly fry them and store in freezer.
  • 9. 9.Fry them as and when required and serve with any dip of your choice or hot and sweet tomato sauce.
