Ingredients For Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash poha repeatedly ...drain water.keep covered for 30 min.Cut capsicum & onion..slit green chillies
  • 2. Heat oil..fry urad dal..splutter mustard. Add curry leaves, turmeric & green chillies.
  • 3. Crush green chillies well..fry for 30 sec.Now add capsicum & onion, salt..sautĂ© till onion is translucent.
  • 4. Mix in poha...give a good stir. Sprinkle water..cover & cook.
  • 5. Once poha is cooked..add jaggery, lemon, cilantro, coconut ..mix well. Turn off flame.
  • 6. While serving sprinkle some pomegranate on top. Enjoy hot.
