Firstly in a large pan roast 1 cup rava for 5 minutes till it turns aromatic.soak poha 10min.then squeeze.Allow suji it to cool. Trasfer to a mixing bowl.Now add Poha,curd, salt and combine well without forming any lumps.Allow it to rest for 20 minutes.

Again add water and prepared idli batter consistency.Add in eno powder and give a gentle mix

Pour the batter immediately into greased idli plate.Steam them on medium flame for 15 minutes or till the idlis cooked completely.Finally serve soft sooji idli with coconut chutney.
