In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, mustard seeds let's crackle it then add curry leaves, ground nuts. Roast till ground nuts becomes golden. Add green/red chilli roast for few seconds.

Now in this add poha.

In this add salt, sugar, turmeric powder. Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Hot, tasty Poha is ready to serve. You can serve with piece of lemon.
