Wash and wipe the pomegranate, cut off the upper part of it and remove it, cut the peel from top to bottom with a knife, pull it from the middle with both hands and separate the part and remove the seed.

Put pomegranate in aa mixer jar, do not grind it completely in the mixer, by pressing it for only 1 second, its outer part will break and become juice after 5-6 times. Now put a sieve over a deep vessel and press it with a spoon and squeeze out the juice. Throw the remaining pomegranate seeds. Now mix roasted cumin, black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice in pomegranate juice and serve.
