Prepare a paste by adding potato slices, green chillies and water as required in the mixer.

Take semolina and curd.

Mix semolina, potato paste and curd. Prepare the batter and keep it for 15 minutes.

Let the water boil in the idli maker. Mix eno, salt in the batter and beat it.

Prepare Aloo Idli with Idli Maker. Hot Aloo Idli is ready.

Heat the oil. Add mustard seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chilies and fry the idli. Garnish with Spicy Masalaidly Tomato Ketchup, Salted Sev and serve.
