Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add paneer,onion,green chilly,crushed coriander leaves,fennel seeds,chopped garlicSeason with red chilly powder and salt and mix well
  • 2. Now stuffing is readyTake a bowl add boiled and grated potatoes and mix rice flour,red chilly powder and salt and make a dough
  • 3. Divide the dough into four partsTo make a round shape of dough and stuff the paneer fillingdip into the maida solution and coat with poppy seeds
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikki for golden and crispyDrain in paper napkin.Serve hot with tea.
