First in a bowl, add besan, suji, salt, baking powder and red chilli powder and mix them together. Add water and make a thin batter. Now in a pan add 2 tsp oil . To it add rai ,haldi ,kashmiri laal mirch and all the left spices . Now mix them together. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes.

Now to it add green chilli and coriander and let it cool down. Now grate the paneer. Now in a pan, apply oil and wipe with a tissue paper. Now with the batter make a pan cake . When its cooked take it out and in the middle of pan cake add stuffing and over it sprinkle some Grated paneer.

Now fold it and serve hot with mayonnaise and sauce and green chutney.
