1.
Wash the prawns very well & marinate with salt , turmeric powder & red chilli powder.

Heat 3 tbspn oil & fry the prawns on low heat for few minutes. Don't fry much. In a mixing jar take onion & tomato & roughly grind it. Don't make smooth paste.

Take out the fish from pan & keep aside.

Now add ghee with the remaining oil & let it turn hot.

Add cloves, bay leaves, dry chilli, cinnamon stick & green cardamom in the oil & when you can feel the aroma of the spices then add ginger garlic paste & fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then add onion tomato paste. Mix it well & fry it for few more minutes.
7.
When the spices will start to leave oil then add coconut milk & let it boil.
8.
After few minutes add fried prawns , salt, sugar & garam masala.
9.
After 5 minutes check gravy & salt. If it is ok then add coriander leaves & switch off the flame.
