In a bowl , add purpose flour, 1/2 salt and 2 tsp oil and mix. Make soft dough using with sufficient water For samosa. Cover and keep aside.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add hing and cumin seed and crackled. Add ginger-green chilly and saute.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala powder and mix everything well.

Add mashed potatoes and salt and mix. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Mix coriander leaves and remove from heat.

Make small sized balls from prepared all purpose flour dough. Make small sized poori.

If you will make 2 puff samosa than you prepared 4 round shape poories.

Not cut like this on 2 poories. First keep cut shape poori than keep plain poori. Fill this with 1 tsp potatoes Mixture and Seeled with the help of water.prepare all samose like this.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all samosas first high and than medium heat. Fry till golden brown in color.
9.
Remove from oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
