When u make aloo paratha add 2-3 tbsp of maida .When u roll it after stuffing the paratha will not break from between. Many of the people are roll it from between breaks aloo Pratha.

Ingredients For PUNJABI ALOO PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. FOR ALOO PARATHA DOUGH: Combine the whole wheat flour, ghee, and salt, maida in a bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Add enough water and knead into a semi dough and keep aside.
  • 3. Take a bowl, add mashed boiled potatoes, add chopped onion, chopped green chili, salt, red chili powder, jeers, ajwain, coriander leaves, lemon juice mixed all ingredients. Keep aside.
  • 4. To make aloo parathas, take a dough roll it like roti.
  • 5. Now add in the between stuffing and cover it.
  • 6. Roll it in circle shape.
  • 7. On medium flame roasted it from both aside apply ghee on it.
  • 8. Roasted till light golden brown served with fresh curds, pickle, chutneys.
