Stuffed paratha are a big hit in winter season. Punjabi paratha loaded with butter or ghee accompanied with raw mango pickle and curd is all one need to satisfy ones hunger.

1. Add salt to radish.Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

2. Squeeze excess water from the grated radish. Add boiled potato, green chilli,coriander powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves, ginger and mix well.

3. Make 2 poori. Put stuffing on one poori and cover it with the other poori. Roll it like paratha..

4. Make paratha on medium hot tawa. Cook properly from both sides.
