Quaker is a very nutritious food, but children never like to eat oats. So, In this recipe I tried to make an unhealthy snack with a healthy and nutritious ingredient like Quaker Oats. I have just given a healthy twist with the addition of the oats to regular Pakora/Pakoda. The main ingredients of this recipe are rice flour, gram flour (besan), oats, salt, onion, green chilli, red chilli powder and Homestyle masala flavour mix. While making this Quaker Oats Pakora, I did not use any homemade masala. I have only used Quaker Oats Homestyle masala flavour mix and the taste of the Pakora/Pakoda was awesome.
