Quinoa soup is very very easy to prepare. Its oil free, also will get ready in just 20 minutes. In Maharashtra its called as " Kanya " . It can be served with milk or buttermilk. Its delicious and healthy too. Hope you all will enjoy it.

Ingredients For Quinoa Soup

Methods
  • 1. In a mixi jar roughly grind quinoa, dont make fine powder.
  • 2. In a bowl take quinoa powder and water. Mix well and rest for 10 minutes.
  • 3. After 10 minutes remove above water you will get thick gravy at bottom.
  • 4. Boil 2 cup water in a vessel. Add quinoa greavy in it . Mix well, store continuously to make it lumps free .
  • 5. Lower the flame and cook for 10minutes. Keep stirring, it will give great taste and texture to soup else lumps will form.
  • 6. Check consistency if required add water and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  • 7. Add salt, crushed black pepper powder and mix well.
  • 8. Hot, tasty, healthy Quinoa Soup is ready.
  • 9. You can serve it with milk or buttermilk in it. Serve while hot.
