Methods
  • 1. Sift ragi flour,baking powder and soda,coco powder in a bowl.
  • 2. Take another bowl and add half melted dark chocolate,curd,ghee and brown sugar.
  • 3. Mix the dry and wet mixtures slowly to form a batter.
  • 4. Greese the baking dish and pour the batter in it.
  • 5. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius.
  • 6. Put the baking dish in oven for 40 minutes.
  • 7. When the cake is baked cool it at room temperature.
  • 8. Now divide the cake in two equal halfs horizontally.
  • 9. Now whip the cream and add the left melted chocolate to form a ganache.
  • 10. Ice the cake with the ganache.
  • 11. At last decorate with gems.
  • 12. The cake is ready to dig in.
