Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take flour and add pink salt. Mix well. Now make the dough using warm water. Dough will be cracky but not the smooth.
  • 2. Now take a muffin tray lined with cup cake liners. Make the ragi cups by pressing the dough in liners. Now bake these cups on 170C for 10 mins.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, add sprouts, onions, tomatoes and all spices for salsa. Mix well. Now serve this healthy sprouts salsa in Baked ragi cups. This is very healthy recipe and kids can also eat easily.
