Ingredients For Ragi halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and add ragi flour. Keep stirring the flour for 3-4 minutes for low heat.
  • 2. When the mixture starts bubbling add suger and mix. Add hot milk. The milk has tbe hot so heat the milk separately in another pan.
  • 3. Continue stirring till it starts Thickening. Soon the mixture will starts Leaving the edges of the pan add cardamom powder and mix.
  • 4. Switch off the flame and transfer the halwa in a serving plate. Garnish with chopped almonds and cashew and serve hot.
