Ingredients For Ragi smoothie bowl Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak chia seeds in almond milk and keep aside for half an hour.
  • 2. Mix ragi in water and check that there are no lumps. Put this mixture on medium flame stirring continuously till it achieves a thick custard like consistency.
  • 3. After it becomes thick add coconut, jaggery powder and salt in it. Keep it aside so that it becomes cool.
  • 4. Chop the Apple, mango and pistachios in the meanwhile.
  • 5. Now add the almond milk and chia seeds mixture to the cooled ragi mixture. You can refrigerate it too if you have time.
  • 6. Transfer it to a bowl and top it up with fruits and pistachios
