Heat ghee in a pan, make syrup on medium heat till the jaggery melts. Heat the syrup on low flame till it becomes thick. Take water in a bowl and check it by adding 2-3 drops of jaggery. Crunchy jaggery syrup is ready .

Add puffed rajgira to the syrup and mix.Transfer the mixture on a greased surface.

Crispy, delicious Rajgira Chikki is ready.Prepare chikkis in desired shape and serve.
