Methods
  • 1. First of all heat pan and add 1 tbsp rajgira in it and allow it to puff on low flame. Do for all in batch wise.
  • 2. Melt jaggery on low flame.
  • 3. Add ghee and puffed rajgira in it . Mix well.
  • 4. Bind laddu while its warm with precaution.
  • 5. Tasty Rajgira Laddu is ready.
