Take 1 cup of rajma that is soaked overnight. Add water to it and put it in a pressure cooker for around 30 minutes (they must become soft.Alongside, take 1 cup of quinoa and add 2 cups of water to it. Boil it on a medium flame for 20 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add the rajma, boiled corn and mix well.After 3-4 minutes, add the quinoa and cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt as per taste and ensure it gets blended well.Then garnish with coriander leaves.
