Ingredients For Rang Barse Barfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate a khoya and keep it aside
  • 2. Heat a thick bottom pan and add 1 cup of nova desi ghee in it . add 150 gms of khoya in it and roast it for 7 minutes
  • 3. Keep this mix aside in one plate once again heat a pan and add 1 cup of nova desi ghee in it add remaining khoya in it and roast it for 7 minutes on low flame
  • 4. Switch off the flame add green and red cherries in it add 3 tbsp of powdered sugar in it mix it well and make dough like consistency
  • 5. Add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar and elaichi powder in plain khoya mix and keep it aside
  • 6. Grease a plate with ghee firstly spread white khoya mix on it then spread yellow khoya mix over it and give them the shape of cube keep it in refrigerator for half an hour
  • 7. Take out from the refrigerator and cut the barfi in pieces and serve it.
