Heat ghee in a pan and stir well with the boiled potatoes. (low heat)

Now add khoya and powdered milk, sugar and keep stirring continuously.You will see that it will become sticky by stirring.. Then mix it with cardamom powder and almond nut powder.

Form the sweets in any shape with the help of ghee while it is still warm. Garnish it with chopped Chinese almonds and pistachio nuts and keep it in the fridge for a while. Take it out of the fridge and serve it as Ranga Mithai.
