Methods
  • 1. Boil the macaroni with milk and pinch of salt.
  • 2. Once it is done, keep aside. No need to drain the extra milk.
  • 3. Add butter in a pan, when it melts in heat, saute the vegetables for 2-3mins. Add maida, salt, sugar and milk, make a white sauce. The sauce will be not too thick not very watery. If it is thick, add water or milk more.
  • 4. Now add the boiled pasta along with excess milk. Add oregano, chilli flakes. Give it a good mix and when it is well combined, turnoff the gas. Serve hot.
