Once it is done, keep aside. No need to drain the extra milk.

Add butter in a pan, when it melts in heat, saute the vegetables for 2-3mins. Add maida, salt, sugar and milk, make a white sauce. The sauce will be not too thick not very watery. If it is thick, add water or milk more.

Now add the boiled pasta along with excess milk. Add oregano, chilli flakes. Give it a good mix and when it is well combined, turnoff the gas. Serve hot.
