Ingredients For Rasgulla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Knead the chhena until it becomes creamy and ghee starts to appear on hands.
  • 2. Mix arrowroot powder in the chhena and knead it well. Make small roundels of the chhena.
  • 3. Make sugar syrup by adding 2 cups water in the sugar and flavour it with cardamom powder.
  • 4. Add chhena balls in boiling syrup and leave it for 15 minutes without stirring then stir it once and again let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Remove rasgulla from the syrup and transfer it in ice cold water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • 6. Then again keep it in the syrup .
  • 7. Serve it chilled.
