Ingredients For Rasmalai Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, pour some milk, kesar strands and cardamom powder soak it for 1/2 hour,
  • 2. In a small bowl, add curd and baking soda keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes,
  • 3. In a large bow,l add sugar nand pour oil whisk this for 3 to 5 minutes.Until the sugar dissolved,
  • 4. To this pour the curd baking soda mixture and add venila essence,
  • 5. Combine this well and whisk at least for 2 to 3 minutes,
  • 6. Now add maidha and baking powder though the cut and fold method,
  • 7. Combine this dry ingredients with the wet ingredients,
  • 8. Pour the prepared kesar cardamom milk , Nestle milkmaid as much as needed and make a smoooth cake batter,
  • 9. Bake this in oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes,
  • 10. Demould the cake from the cake tin when it cools down and the help of knife cut two layers of cake,
  • 11. Now place the first layer of cake on a plate and brush some rasmalai milk to make the cake soft,
  • 12. Now add a good amount of whipped cream and sprinkle some chopped dry fruits and chopped rasmalai,
  • 13. Repeat the process and once it is done cover the whole cake with a generous amount of whipped cream and level it,
  • 14. Scrape of the excess cream using a spatula . Now u can use the left over cream by piping it on top and decorate
  • 15. It with some rasmalai, chopped dry fruits, edible silver leaves and dry rose petals.
