Methods

How to make Rasmali Brownies Recipe

1. Whisk the sugar and the eggs till creamy. At 1 egg at a time and whisk.
2. Fold in the coco powder.
3. Fold in the flour. Add the melted chocolate.
4. Take brownie moulds, individual ones ir can use muffin cups too.
5. Pour half the batter of brownies place 1 rasmalai and cover with some more brownie batter
6. Bake the brownies at 180 The Celsius preheated oven for 15 mins.
