Ingredients For RASPBERRY CHUTNEY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the raspberry and chop it.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Add panchphoren to crackle.
  • 4. Add grated ginger and saute for one minute.
  • 5. Now add raspberry pieces to add turmeric, powder,red chilly powder and salt and cook for five mins in a slow flame.
  • 6. Add sugar and cook for five minutes until sugar dissolves and raspberry are soft,turn off the flame.
  • 7. Add lemon juice and mix well.
