Ingredients For Rava Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend curd and water to make butter milk.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rava, buttermilk, salt, citric acid, oil and sugar. Mix very well.
  • 3. Cover and rest it for 45 minutes.
  • 4. Add water if required to get a little flowy consistency.
  • 5. Add eno . Sir well and transfer in a greased pan.
  • 6. Steam immediately on medium to high flame for 13-15 minutes.
  • 7. Put off the flame. Cool it .Cut dhokla into desired shape.
  • 8. For tempering, heat 1 spoon oil in a wok. Splutter curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  • 9. Add split green chillies and 1/2 spoon sugar. Add a little salt and 1 cup water.
  • 10. Give it a boil. Tempering is ready.
  • 11. In a serving plate , place dhoklas and spread this tempering. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • 12. Rest for 20 minutes so that dhokla absorbs water. Serve with green chutney.
